Booking Policy

These policies are in place to ensure the safety, satisfaction and fairness of all guests and staff at the Carnival in Antigua Content & Beauty Lounge, located at the John E. St. Luce Finance & Conference Centre.

Booking & Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required to secure your booking.

  • Slots are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis.

  • All bookings must be made online via our official booking platform.

  • All bookings are final and non-transferable to another person.

  • We do not accept walk-ins during Carnival week.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 14+ days before Carnival – Eligible for a 50% refund.

  • 7–13 days before Carnival – Eligible for a 25% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before Carnival – No refund.

  • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

Rescheduling

  • You may request one (1) reschedule at least 7 days prior to your original appointment.

  • Reschedules are not guaranteed and are subject to availability, especially during Carnival week.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment without refund.

  • Please arrive early and account for traffic, costume prep, and parking delays.

Client Preparation

  • Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face if you’re booked for any makeup services.

  • Bring all costume items and accessories you need help with.

  • Clearly label all items stored with us to avoid misplacement.

Media Usage

  • By booking with us, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use.

  • If you do not wish to be featured, please notify us in writing before your appointment.

Refreshments & Lounge Access

  • Light refreshments and drinks are included in your package.

  • Lounge amenities (storage, glam assistance, parking, etc.) are only available on the day of your appointment and cannot be accessed outside of that window.

Force Majeure / Natural Disaster Policy

In the event of:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Government shutdowns

  • Health emergencies

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Carnival postponements
    or any situation beyond our control that prevents us from operating:

  • All clients will be notified immediately.

  • We will offer a partial refund or reschedule option, depending on the severity of the disruption.

  • We are not liable for band changes, individual travel delays, or Carnival postponement decisions.

Add-Ons

  • Add-ons such as extra edited photos, reels, makeup touch-ups, etc., must be paid in advance or at the time of service.

  • Add-ons are subject to availability and are not guaranteed without prior booking.
