PLEASE NOTE: We won’t be offering specific time slots for photoshoots. Instead, we’ll operate on an in-person waiting system based on your arrival time.

All photos and videos will be captured in and around the Content & Beauty Lounge. We’ll be using the building, the stairs, and even the road to create versatile and creative shots.

This approach helps us limit the pressure of strict time constraints and allows for a more relaxed and inspired experience for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding!

Full payment is required to secure your booking.

All bookings must be made online via our official platform.

All bookings are final and non-transferable.
14+ days before Carnival – Eligible for 50% refund.

7–13 days before Carnival – Eligible for 25% refund.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of cancellation approval.

Less than 7 days before Carnival – No refund.

No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
You may request one (1) reschedule at least 7 days prior to your appointment.

Rescheduling is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed during Carnival week.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment without refund.

Please arrive early and allow extra time for traffic and costume prep delays.
Arrive with a clean face for makeup services.

Bring all costume items and accessories you need help with.

You are responsible for securely labeling items placed in storage.
Light refreshments and drinks are included in this package.

Access to lounge amenities (storage, dressing assistance, client parking) is valid only on the day of your appointment.
In the event of natural disasters, severe weather, government shutdowns, health emergencies, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that impact our ability to safely operate:

We will notify all clients immediately.

You will be issued a partial refund or the option to reschedule, depending on the situation and service interruption.

We are not responsible for travel delays, band changes, or Carnival postponements.
Add-ons (extra photos, reels, touch-ups, etc.) must be paid for in advance or at time of service.
